THE FRAME ON YOUR BICYCLE MIGHT

HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY

A small number of the Trek model MT220 girls’ bicycles were

made with a frame that was welded incorrectly. If the frame

breaks, you could be involved in a serious accident.

DO NOT RIDE THIS BICYCLE

If you own an aected bicycle, it should not be ridden; take it

to your Trek dealer. If your Trek dealer determines that your

bicycle is subject to this recall, Trek will provide you with

a replacement Trek MT220 girls’ bicycle or a £75 credit

applicable to the purchase of a Trek bicycle of your choice.

INSPECTION OF YOUR BICYCLE

Check your bicycle to determine if it is

aected, or bring it to your Trek dealer for

inspection. Aected bicycles do not have a

frame gusset (see Figures 1 and 2) and are

the chart below.
