About the shop

Ben Hayward Cycles has always specialised in bicycles and their usage. We are committed to the bicycle as the best form of transport available and enthusiastically promote its pleasurable use for fitness and leisure.

We aim to cater for all cycling needs, from the novice commuter to the seasoned enthusiast. This means an enormous range of stock backed by a sophisticated special order system.

We always spend time discussing your requirements, customising for fit and taste and preparing for the road, fitting all accessories required. A free first service is provided after initial use.

We do not mail-order cycles, as the necessary attention cannot be given to fit, customization, proper setup and after sales service. We do however sell bicycles online, offering full consultation by e-mail or telephone. Come and collect your bike from us for final fit, or we can offer free local delivery (15 mile radius from Cambridge), the bike being fully assembled and set typically for your height and inside leg.
