About Ben Hayward Cycles
Established in 1912, now in the fourth generation of two Cambridge families.
We hope to balance traditional high standards of service with forward looking attitudes tempered by experience.
New products are vigorously researched and tested, new service methods adopted and customer comment encouraged and acted upon.
We do not mail-order cycles.
Everyday our workshop sees examples of bikes which have failed due to poor setup, invariably these have been purchased in a box.
We also see many customers who have bought the wrong machine, type or size through poor advice. This applies equally to insurance replacements.
Please buy locally, preferably from us! We will deliver.
Service:
Your cycle will need servicing, our workshop is designated a Shimano Service Centre and mechanics Cytech trained.
